Privacy Policy

Effective September 9, 2026. Everyday Options Group LLC ("we," "us").

This policy explains what we collect on this site, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. We are an independent marketing company. We are not the provider of the membership described on our page, we do not collect membership fees, and we are not an insurance company.

What we collect

What you type into the form: first name, ZIP code, mobile number, email address, whether you are self-employed or a 1099 worker, and who the membership would be for.
Your consent record: the exact consent wording you agreed to, the version of the page and the consent text, the date and time, your IP address, your browser and device information, and a consent-verification certificate produced by a third-party service that records how the form was filled out (see "Form recording" below).
How you got here: the page address, the referring site, and advertising identifiers in the link you clicked (such as campaign or ad identifiers).
Text-message activity: the messages we send you, your replies, and delivery information.
Site usage: if advertising measurement tools are enabled on this site, they may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure ads and page visits (see "Cookies and advertising measurement").

How we use it

To send you the text message you asked for, with the link to the membership's own website, and the follow-up texts described in the consent you gave.
To keep a record of your consent, which the law requires us to keep.
To verify you are a real person and to prevent abuse of the form.
To measure whether our advertising works.
To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.

Text messages

When you check the consent box, you agree to receive marketing calls and text messages from Everyday Options Group LLC at the mobile number you provided, including messages sent with automated technology and artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies; you will normally receive a small number of messages over a few days. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our text messages come from an automated assistant, not a person; if you ask, it will tell you so.

Form recording

To document your consent, this page uses a third-party consent-verification service that records your interactions with the form, such as what you saw, what you typed, and when you checked the box, and issues a certificate we keep with your record. This recording is limited to this page and its form.

Who we share it with

Service providers that work for us: the customer-relationship and text-messaging platform that sends and receives our texts, the consent-verification service, our website host, and spreadsheet or automation tools we use to keep our lead list. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
The membership provider: we do not send your form information to the membership provider. If you use the link we text you and join, you give your information to that provider on its own website under its own privacy policy.
Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and yours.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with other marketers. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and the consent wording on the form before we do.

Cookies and advertising measurement

This site may use advertising measurement tools from the platforms where our ads run. They can set cookies or similar identifiers to tell us that a visit or a form submission came from an ad. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings and the ad settings of those platforms.

How long we keep it

We keep your form information and consent record for as long as needed to send the messages you asked for and to prove consent, and in any case for at least five years, because consent records must be kept to show we followed the law. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Your choices and rights

Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
Email privacy@nomorewaitingrooms.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will delete what we can; we may keep a minimal record of your opt-out and your consent so we can honor your choice and show that we obtained consent.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of certain sharing. Use the same email address; we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor gave us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes to how we use text-message consent will be reflected in the consent wording on the form.
